CP Video Store - Product Terms

If a CP Travel Advisor fails to provide the essential information in the pre-production form within 364 days from the date of the first notification, the purchase will expire and the CP Travel Advisor will no longer be eligible to receive the purchased videos, and no refunds will be issued for expired purchases.

1.1 Notifications & Subscriptions:

Once you purchase a product and record your tags (intro & end-tag) the production of the videos will start once you fill out the pre-production form. You’ll receive the pre-production form via email and we will send a monthly reminder to fill up the form.

1.2 Pre-production form Submission:

All CP Travel Advisors must fill out the pre-production form for their videos within 364 days from the date of the first notification received after the purchase. This means that customers have one year from the date of the first notification date  to provide us with the necessary information to produce their videos. Customized videos cannot be produced unless the CP Travel Advisor completes this crucial step. If a CP Travel Advisor fails to fill out the pre-production form within this timeframe, the purchase will expire and the CP Travel Advisor will no longer be eligible to receive the purchased videos.

1.3 Changes to Subscription or notifications:

If a CP Travel Advisor unsubscribes from our communications, they will still be responsible for submitting the pre-production form. Failure to submit the form within the required timeframe may result in the expiration of the purchase, as outlined in section 1.1 & 1.2.

1.4 Expiration Period:

If a CP Travel Advisor fails to provide the essential information in the pre-production form within 364 days from the date of the first notification, the purchase will expire and the CP Travel Advisor will no longer be eligible to receive the purchased videos, and no refunds will be issued for expired purchases. 

1.5 Refunds:

No refunds will be issued for expired purchases.

1.6 Extension Request:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could prevent a CP Travel Advisor from providing their information within the stipulated time frame. In such cases, the  CP Travel Advisor  may request an extension of the redemption period in writing, within 30 days of the purchase expiration date. All extension requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with the customer to find a reasonable solution.
